Start your weekend off in gratitude! From the comfort of your own home join this on-line community with Linda guiding you in the Soma Energize Meditation session. Please arrive five minutes early to settle in. I am excited to lead you through this most powerful session!
This session opens you into heightened states of consciousness, joy, energy and connection. Each breath will take you closer and closer to connecting with your heart's deepest truth as you connect with your essence in this ancient and profound form of Pranayama.
The SOMA Breath Energized Meditation Routine is a 1-hour long workshop combining movement, chanting and breathwork all guided with uplifting, music. It is designed to help participants become very efficient at using oxygen, and to build a tolerance to carbon dioxide.
Energized Meditation helps people to slow down their breathing to less than 10 breaths per minute, and encourages people to breathe through their nose more. The Energized Meditation Routine is designed to release tension from the body, boost your mood, and be a super-effective breathwork meditation.

About Linda
Linda’s personal yoga and breathwork practices provide the container for her mindful, compassionate guidance as a therapist or your “guide”. She enjoys the opportunity that process-orientated group work provides and views it as lending to a quicker transformation than traditional methods of talk therapy. In each therapeutic relationship, she is helping people integrate and transmute the blocks to their growth and potential. Linda is a Certified SOMA Breath Level 1 instructor with her SOMA Breath Advance Instructor completion within days.
