Sacred No: Embodying Boundaries
Without Shame (Coming Soon)

We Begin Not With Rules, But With Roots.

At Growing Harmony Services, we believe that healthy boundaries are not about building walls—they’re about creating wise, compassionate edges that allow you to feel safe, grounded, and connected.

For many of us, the word “no” was never safe to say. We learned early on that setting boundaries could lead to rejection, punishment, or invisibility. Our nervous systems adapted in the best way they knew how—by collapsing, complying, or overgiving—to keep us safe in environments where our needs weren’t honored. There is no shame in these survival strategies. They were acts of resilience.

In this healing, therapeutic program, we begin not with rules, but with roots.
Together, we’ll explore:

  • What boundaries truly are—and what they are not

  • How your nervous system has been protecting you, and how to re-pattern it for safety and self-trust

  • The difference between hard, rigid boundaries and heart-centered, embodied boundaries that honor both you and others

  • Practices for somatic awareness, so you can feel your “yes” and your “no” in your body

  • Tools to release shame and step into self-respect and authentic connection

Through guided discussions, gentle breathwork therapy, and embodied mindfulness practices, you’ll learn to say “no” with clarity, compassion, and confidence—creating space for the life, relationships, and energy that truly nourish you.

This course is offered in online and hybrid formats, making it accessible whether you join us from the comfort of your own home or combine virtual learning with in-person integration here in Pittsfield, NH.
