About the event
You’re invited to Yoga Nidra Yoga Nidra is described as deep Yogic Sleep. It is an ancient practice for deepening consciousness while experiencing deeply nourishing relaxation. You will nestle into a comfortable position on a yoga mat after warming up your body with gentle movements. Please wear layers for warmth, blankets are provided. No yoga experience necessary – beginner and advanced practitioners. Wear loose comfortable clothing to move free from restriction. Please bring your yoga mat. Your Guide: Linda is a licensed psychotherapist and certified yoga instructor, she is passionately committed to providing opportunities for growing harmony within the self.
