Voice Opening Workshop

You are invited to join Gabby, Heather and Linda for a nourishing afternoon of opening the voice, tuning into the heart, and deepening connection in community. We will begin with a breathwork (pranayama) practice and gently movement to clear energy and arrive more fully into our bodies. From here, you will be held in a short sound bath of Himalayan bowls, drums, rattles and chimes as we transition toward a shared song experience.

With soul-centric songs and mantra accompanied by harmonium, we'll practice opening our voices through chanting, singing, or simply listening and receiving the sound vibrations. As a basic introduction to song circle, we welcome all levels of musical experience or previous comfort with singing. Additional drums and rattles will be provided for those who choose to participate in community music-making. We will conclude our circle with an opportunity for sharing and connecting further with the group. Tea …
