Sound Immersion

We will gather in the warm, intimate yurt space that is centered on beautiful serene land, which is on the traditional territory of N'dakina.

You will be guided by ceremonial instruments from around the world such as didjeridu, gongs, singing bowls and more to create a safe, healing space.   This is the perfect time to relax and rejuvenate in sacred space! Your nervous system will be invited to rest and digest.

Steven Bachmann is an artist & crafter with the League of NH Craftsmen and Sound Healer Meditation facilitator.  Steven is known for crafting unique didgeridus and holding healing space with multiple instruments of sound & vibration for those attending his powerful meditations.  Steven has shared that he was first introduced to the healing nature of sound while working in ceremony with a cudandero from the Peruvian Amazon Rainforest.

Gabby Casey is a social worker and yoga teacher who enjoys using sacred sound to create a safe and supportive healing space.

Please bring a water bottle, a special blanket or anything else to make yourself comfortable.    We will be sitting or laying down for about an hour.    There will be limited blankets/mats here for use.  An abundance of bolsters are here for your use, to make yourself even more comfortable.
