About the event
As the land, full of bounty, releases it's treasures, we will use this time together to find refuge in our body, to explore vulnerability with awareness while diving into the waves.
Surrounded by nature, we will find our ground with our feet, from our core and our breath as we navigate and find solace with the 5Rhythms practice. With the sanctuary, alignment with our body, mind and spirit will be the medicine of this exploration.
This will be an intimate workshop as we will be moving together and sharing our afternoon in this magical yurt in the country right during the peak of the fall colors; a powerful sanctuary indeed.
