About the event
In this four session Zoom experience, you will have an opportunity to be guided in a 20-25 minute meditation and learn various types of meditation. This will support a regular ongoing meditation practice. The sessions will be recorded to listen to at your leisure, though I would invite you to show up live when you are able to. Sessions will be between 20-30 minutes long.
Suggested donation $45-90 for a 9 Session Series via Zoom.
