About the event
We are living in a time where it is challenging to stay connected with our body. In this lab, you are invited to let your feet do the thinking. Guided by the map of the 5Rhythms, we will have the opportunity to found our ground and to reconnect with ourselves. By following the Wave, moving, breathing, dancing with awareness we rediscover our body innate wisdom.

EMMANUELLE ROLLAND 5Rhythms® Certified Teacher
Emmanuelle discovered the 5Rhythms in 2006, and have been teaching since 2014 in the US and Canada.
She is an alumni from the National Theatre School of Canada where she studied acting. “I have a life long passion for all expressive, visual and particular, healing arts. Depth, sensitivity and humor are part of my medicine bag.”
