Embodied Restorative Yoga Deepening Retreat

In this retreat we are informed from this training as well as our restorative yoga training. We will slow down, restore, and bring attention to our central nervous system. Come join us and learn about this for yourself in a playful, fun and deeply relaxing manner.

Allow an in-depth exploration of the “embodied” in Embodied Restorative Yoga.  Both Jan and Linda have Somatic Experiencing training. Jan is a certified Somatic Experiencing ™️ practitioner. In this deepening retreat you can expect to increase your awareness and education of your central nervous system, be supported by props allowing your body to gently soften and be in a container of compassionate respect. The ancient lineage of yoga will be a guided offering, with physical restorative asanas (postures), integrative pranayama (breathing) as well Yoga Nidra

(deep restoration). We will be working with the wholeness of yoga (mind, body (physical and subtle) and spirit). We look forward to co-creating this restorative experience with you.
