About the event
You are invited to come home to your senses, nurture, relax, and revitalize your body-mind. Please join us for an inquiry into the innately intelligent embodied experience through Embodied Restorative Yoga.
Your guide will be Linda Tremblay a certified yoga and meditation guide. See bio on website.
What to Expect: Our session will include a short warm up, 3-5 supported restorative yoga postures completing in a guided meditation which may include yoga nidra, pranayama or what is intuited at the time.
