About the event
In this 9 Session Zoom experience, you will have an opportunity to be introduced to meditation and learn various types of meditation. You will learn the basics and have the tools to establish a regular ongoing meditation practice upon completion if you so choose to. The sessions will be recorded to listen to at your leisure, though I would invite you to show up live when you are able to. Sessions will be between 20-30 minutes long.
Suggested donation $45-90 for a 9 Session Series via Zoom.
