We are inviting you for a weekend retreat to explore this tender topic with us.
Loss of a love one, loss of a job, loss of health, loss of a pet, loss of our youth, loss of freedom, loss of a dream and on and on…
All of us go through losses and grief.
During our time together, we will connect with our grief through movement, self reflection, compassion interwoven with breath in the safety of the container we build together.
5Rhythms® Wave, Ritual Theatre, Yoga, SOMA Breath®, iRest Yoga Nidra will be part of the modalities that we will use.
