5Rhythms® Dance

Come honor the Summer Solstice with us.

You are invited to come dance and move lightly guided by Emmanuelle at Growing Harmony Services

in Pittsfield, NH! All you need is to show up and be willing to follow your body, your feet, your breath and your dance.

We will be dancing a long gentle wave honoring the longest daylight of the year.

All bodies welcome as well as all levels of experienced of 5Rhythms® .

We are planning on dancing outside if weather permits or in the sacred yurt if not.
