About The Event

Are you struggling with anxiety, stress eating, smoking or another habit?  Learn concrete mindfulness skills to hack your brain based on neuroscience research.

4 Wednesdays, beginning July 7th.                                   Name Your Price:  $75-$175 for app and group

Group Support - Harness the power of group support which has been shown to help change habits.  Each session combines hands on mindfulness practices with expert and peer support.

App-based training - Learn mindfulness at you're own pace.  Build your skills one moment at a time with short daily videos and guided practices.

Your Guide - Mary Ford, RN is a Facilitator in Training with the Mindful Habit Change program.  She shares her experience changing her own habits.  She is a nurse, meditator, and a yoga teacher.

The App is developed by Judson Brewer MD PhD a neuroscientist and psychiatrist and Director of Research and Innovation at the Mindfulness Center and associate professor in psychiatry at the School of Medicine at Brown University, as well as a research affiliate of MIT.  Before that, he held reseach and teaching positions at Yale University and the University of Massachusetts' Center for Mindfulness.
